uDooz is a cost+ board: the listing fee is about the post and the record. The doozer keeps 100% of the work pay they earn directly from the seeker. No commission on the labor.

High-frequency categories (food, grocery, parcel, local ride) are priced for market density. Standard categories stay at the $5 board rate. Neither rate is a cut of what you pay a doozer for the work.
uDooz does not take a percentage of the ride, the delivery, the yard work, or any other labor money. That stays between seeker and doozer.
Seekers set what they will pay the doozer. Attractive offers get faster replies from higher-rated doozers. Low offers still list; they usually wait longer. The post form shows guidance ranges by category and miles for high-frequency work.
